This museum tells the fascinating history of Upperlands Village, on the edge of Londonderry in Northern Ireland. It is the oldest village in the world to have had continuous linen production, having produced textiles since 1740. The focus of the collection is on this subject, although other impressive exhibits include memorabilia associated with Charles Thompson, one of the signatories on the United States Declaration of Independence.
