The Staffin Museum is a small community-based museum located in the village of Ellishadder, on the eastern coast of the Trotternish peninsula, Isle of Skye. The museum is located directly across from the Kilt Rock viewpoint, on the A855, about two miles south of Staffin Bay and about ten miles north of Portree. The museum was founded in the late 1970s by Mr. Ross. The museum was moved to its present location, a reconstructed 19th century Free Church of Scotland schoolhouse, in 1994.
