Rayleigh Windmill has been transformed to provide four storeys of modern display facilities.On the first floor there is an accredited museum, the second floor houses exhibition space and the top floor displays information about Rayleigh Mount.The Windmill can also host civil ceremonies.Cameras on each floor allow visitors to view all floors and the extensive views via a TV screen on the ground floor.There is ramped access to the ground floor and the upper levels are accessed via steep ladders.
