The Royal Observatory Visitor Centre is a hands-on science centre. Our permanent galleries include the 36" Telescope Dome, the Computer Gallery and our West Tower (Schmidt Telescope). The Observatory's Visitor Centre is no longer be open to casual visitors on a daily basis. We are now placing greater emphasis on our work to support science education in Scotland. We will also continue to run our more popular events and activities.
